All orders ship from the Philippines.
Domestic orders (Philippines) are shipped via J&T Express.
International orders are shipped via LBC Express.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.
We allow exchange of items within 7 days, provided that the customer will handle all shipping costs. Once approved, we will request that you ship the original item back first so we can process your exchange item.

RETURN POLICY
- Ensure that return item(s) is in the SAME ziplock FLOWSTMNL pouch.
- Tag should be intact and has not been removed.
- All freebies (stickers, etc.) included in the pouch should also be returned.
- Item should not be worn, washed, or smell like perfume.
All conditions above should be met before we approve the return request.
